A Chronology of Prospectus Locus

THE YEAR OF 1213
  • May 13 - Lorum joins Prospectus Locus. Only Drake is there to greet him. [#1]
  • May 14 - Albus, Catorse, Fabricarious, Incendium, Risus, and Viator join Prospectus Locus. Party. Enrico is slain by the monk Paulus. [#1]
  • May 16 - Enrico is given over to the church by Viator. Albus' angel joins Abbot Castello. [#1]
  • May 20 - Aubrin, Docilli, and Forticulus return to Prospectus Locus after months spent politicking. A council meeting is held. Aubrin begins new investigation of faerie curse. [#2]
  • Aug 16 - Aubrin reveals that a curse laid by a faerie named the May Queen still lies over the covenant. Plans are made to enter her regio when it next opens, Sep 21. [#2]
  • Sep 14 - Magi leave to petition the May Queen to remove her curse. [#2]
  • Sep 21 - Magi meet the May Queen and agree to help her in three tasks in return for lifting the curse. Lorum becomes the May Queen's fool. [#2]
  • Sep 22 - The curse is lifted. [#2]
  • Oct 17 - Aubrin and Viator drive Sir Obano and his peasants from the May Queen's valley. [#3]
  • Oct 31 - Aubrin teaches the younger magi to collect vis from a Moorish hut. [#3]
  • Nov 3 - Magi go to help Zelipe with his daughter's epilepsy. [#3]
  • Nov 4 - Magi meet the troublemaker Furfures. He later casts a spell to make Zilia, Zelipe's daughter, fall in love with Risus. [#3]
  • Nov 13 - Aubrin swears fealty to King Jaime I. [#4]
  • Dec 13 - Furfures reveals his tricks. [#3]
  • Dec 21 - Cugat's daughter, Miracle, is kidnaped. [#4]
  • Dec 22 - Magi confront Dux Aquil for the first time and learn of the ancient debts he is due. [#4]
  • Dec 29 - Miracle is returned. [#4]

    THE YEAR OF 1214

  • Feb 15 - The Regio Repression amulet appears at Prospectus Locus. A magic contest with Abbot Costello follows. [#5]
  • Feb 18 - Mud begins to clog the Ebro. Magi are sent to investigate. [#5]
  • Feb 19 - Magi confront giant beaver, and Incendium perishes in the battle. It is learned that a demon named Atherik may be at the heart of the problem. [#5]
  • Mar 1 - The demon Adric appears at the covenant and tells the magi where to find Atherik. The magi confront Atherik but decide they've been set up and leave. [#5]
  • Mar 15 - Diabolists confronted and turned in. [#5]
  • May 1 - Confirmation that diabolists were causing infernal aura around Atherik's lair, lending further doubt to his diabolic nature. [#5]
  • Jun 1 - Special Tribunal council meeting held. [#6]
  • Jun 21 - Unofficial Tribunal meetings begin. [#6]
  • Jun 22 - Official Tribunal begins. [#6]
  • Jun 26 - Tribunal ends. Shadow Force Extirpation Strike Force begins to form. [#6]
  • Jul 3 - Aubrin, Drake, and Fabricarious head off to join Strike Force. Later that day Docilli certamens Risus to prevent a marriage between him and Zilia. [#7]
  • Jul 13 - Dervin arrives at Prospectus Locus and gathers together magi to help destroy the Shadow Flambeau's demonic power. [#7]
  • Jul 15 - Magi meet Lord Thom and then gain admission to the Land of the Dead and the Unborn. They destroy the Shadow Flambeau's power. The Shadow Flambeau Extirpation Strike Force confronts the Shadow Flambeau and destroys them. Drake is badly wounded. [#7]
  • Jul 24 - Duresca takes control of Andalusia vis. [#7]
  • Aug 5 - After an angelic vision Albus heads off to save the Napkin of God. [#8]
  • Aug 31 - Arrival in Oviedo and confirmation that the Napkin has been stolen. [#8]
  • Sep 3 - Confronation with the Templars who have stolen the Napkin of God. It is recovered. [#8]
  • Sep 5 - Recovered, Drake begins a tour of the Order. [#9]
  • Sep 7 - Viator has his first meeting with Zilia as her new suitor. [#8]
  • Sep 13 - The Napkin of God is returned to Oviedo. [#8]
  • Nov 8 - Kadar and Kadir, Sufi mystics, arrive. [#9]
  • Dec 21 - Expedition is planned to help the May Queen fulfill a debt to another faerie queen called simply Goddess. [#9]

    THE YEAR OF 1215

  • Jan 1 - Journey to the Goddess' realm. Confrontations with many lizards, and the rescue of a slinky toy. The May Queen's debt to the Goddess is paid. [#9]
  • Jan 4 - Investigation begins into Dux Aquil's newest annoyances. Aquil is invited to a party. [#10]
  • Jan 15 - Aubrin leaves to help Victrix. Catorse is left as Elder. [#10]
  • Feb 1 - Turtle ambassador and Romans are entertained at a faerie party. [#10]
  • Feb 8 - Magi leave to visit Lord Thom, hoping to gain entrance to the Land of the Dead and Unborn and there destroy Aquil's Romans. [#10]
  • Feb 11 - Thom allows the magi back into the Land of the Dead and the Unborn. There they meet a man who claims to be Death's Butler, but are unsuccessful in their main task. Albus and Lorum decide to use Death's House as a back door into Dux Aquil's Castle, where they manage to destroy the statue that binds the Romans and then escape. [#10]
