The giving soul who offers gentle care
And aids all others' balance when she's near --
Such helpful, kindly influence is rare.
No wonder, then, so many hold her dear.
So often there to dry a lonely tear,
She selflessly gives of her time and lends
A shoulder or an understanding ear
To strangers, as well as her many friends.
When miscommunication friendship rends
Or threatens lovers' binding of the heart,
Her trusted, patient counsel bravely mends
Our pains and sorrows with her graceful art.

Respectful listening, kind strength, and love.
